COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
Absinf deleted the 'Centauri Construction' discord server, the management of which had been transferred to Maxib02, and secondly, the destruction of the lustita firm discord, meant the desctuction of a ticket, with extensive talks regarding a legal case
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
Absinf deleted the 'Centauri Construction' discord server, the management of which had been transferred to Maxib02, destroying a significant amount of work regarding setup, and ticketing, as well as signficantly setting back my plans for the upcoming rebrand and relaunch of the company. That has caused a signficant amount of stress, dissapointment, and irritation, which have caused Redmont related misery. Secondly, the destruction of the lustita firm discord caused a significant loss of enjoyment of Redmont, as i lost evidence, a comprehensive strategy and defence, and extensive transcripts, for an ongoing and incredibly important legal case.

II. FACTS
1. On January 20th, 2026 Maxib02 realised that the lustita Law Firm discord had vanished, and after a conversation with Savannah212467 came to a painful conclusion. As such a extensive conversations regarding a legal case, the collected evidence, and the detailed and optimal legal strategy had vanished.
2. Whilst realising this, Maxib02 discovered that the discord server for a 'Centauri Construction' had also vanished (p-001), whilst 'Centauri Construction' was a dormant group project, specifically a construction firm, with a seized DB (Centauri), extensive work had went into the servers setup, and Maxib02 planned to rebrand, repurpose, and relaunch the server under a different name, as it would be a waste of time, and expertise to not to do, especially after Maxib02 had been informed that the servers ownership had been transferred to him. The server had intially been created my .Mgchamp2339 and Absinf, and after a long time was deployed or remodled for 'Centauri Construction'. Absinf was a member of the initial ownership group, but eventually transferred the discord (i had full discord perms) (p-002), and relinquished his ownership interest, as I believe they had started a rival architecture or construction group, after the original members had gotten sidetracked. Users Kingxjinmir, and IgnitedTNT where members of the 'Centauri Construction' Discord at the time of deletion.
3. The plaintiff had to deal not only with that, but with the significant realisation about what the deletion of the lustita server, and with it extensive transcripts, and highly detailed discussions regarding a landmark, ongoing case. I had to spend an painfully long time attempting to re-find as much evidence as possible, as well as dealing with the even more tiring, and mentally exhausting task of once again going over the whole case, covering the context regarding the case in detail and the strategies that i would like my legal team to take regarding the case. Even more painful, is after the lodging of the case, i feel it is signficantly weaker, and not 100% as a strong as it could be, because of Absinf's actions, and my legal teams attempts to launch the case, without having access to 100% of the original transcripts while they wrote and filed, on my behalf. Furthermore, attempts to (re) launch or rebrand the business have taken a significant blow, due to Absinfs actions, especially since I am far from a discord expert, and to have the server setup again, or the deeply unsettling task of attempting to do that myself, would being undertakings that I'd rather not expend time, or money on.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The plaintiff lost valuable an extensively desgined discord server, with many hours put into designed and forming the server.
2. The plaintiff and his legal teams attempts to launch a case suffered signifcant setbacks, all involved had to spend an significantly increased amount of time in launching the case, and it wasn't as strong as it looked before the deletion, because of issues with evidence, and with the extensively well thought out strategy not being replicated (It is most approrpiate to summon either Savannah212467 or jimmyboy2009915 to affirm these claims).
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $7,500 in Punitive Damages for the act of deleting and destroying the discord server, including with it the assets that had been generated for the company
2. $5,000 in Consequential Damages for loss of enjoyment in Redmont, and for loss of enjoyment in Redmont related matters, as the plaintiff's ability to launch or attempt to launch a construction firm has suffered a significant setback, and has faced signficantly
