Plaintiff

v.

SwiftSounds
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
The Defendant left the Plaintiff's Discord server, which counts as resignation. The Defendant did not give the required 48-hour notice of resignation and is thus in breach of their employment agreement.

I. PARTIES

1. maks2023 (Plaintiff)
2. SwiftSounds (Defendant)

II. FACTS
1. SwiftSounds signed an employment agreement with maks2023.
2. SwiftSounds left the Discord server and ceased communication with maks2023.
3. The employment agreement stipulates that a 48-hour notice of resignation is required.
4. SwiftSounds neglected to give any such notice.
5. The employment agreement explicitly outlines what a party is liable for should they be found in Breach of Contract.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. Breach of Contract, as defined in the RCCA, occurs when an individual fails to perform obligations under a valid and enforceable contract without lawful excuse. The employment agreement was inarguably a valid contract.

- It contains a clear offer (both parties were willing to sign a document).
- It contains contains clear, explicit acceptance (signatures from both parties).
- It contains consideration (employment in exchange for following the outlined terms).
- It contains intent (explicit signatures on something presented as a contract).
- Both parties have over six hours playtime.

The contract was breached when the Defendant failed to give a notice 48 hours prior to their resignation.

IV. PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following relief:

1. $16,000 for Breach of Contract, as explicitly outlined in the employment agreement.
2. 30% of the case's value in legal fees.
