(5) Co-Sponsored by Senator LilNickiVert.

2 - Reasons
(1) When someone interrupts an event by murdering people, it may often be challenging to arrest them.

(3) It will minimize the time taken away from the event due to the disruption and will minimize the amount of people who will have to travel back to the event location.

3 - The Official Stuff
(1) In the event someone begins attacking individuals at a DPA-sanctioned event, police officers and event coordinators are allowed to utilize lethal force to put a stop to their actions.
(2) In the event lethal force must be used, proof must be provided for the murder to be deemed consensual and the wanted point to be removed.
