COMPLAINT:
The Plaintiff complains about the Defendant as follows:
LemonAuthent and Thelodgedteam. agreed to create a fishing company. Thelodgedteam. would own 60%, and LemonAuthent would own %40. When buying a plot Thelodgedteam. only spent 2k, and LemonAuthent was left having to spend over 11k. This left LemonAuthent with a massive amount of debt. When LemonAuthent requested his investment back, the Lodgedteam. refused to pay him anything but $1, Despite LemonAuthent having to invest much more than his 40%.

LemonAuthent owned 40% and Thelodgedteam. owned 60%
