IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

Krix (‘The Dream Team’ Representing: The_Donuticus [Lead Attorney], Dusty_3, xLayzur, poemhunter, and Matthew100x)
Plaintiff

v.

The Commonwealth of Redmont
Defendant

COMPLAINT

The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. PARTIES
1. Krix
2. The Commonwealth of Redmont

II. FACTS
1. Just a short while ago the Senate voted to suspend a section of the impeachment rules (Evidence 2) agreed upon by the Prosecution and Defence in the Krix Impeachment Trial. (Evidence 1)
2. This is in direct contradiction of the rules clause: "Once these rules have been agreed upon, and ratified by the Senate, they can only be changed via agreement by both parties, which will be the subject to another ratification by the Senate."
3. This rules package was agreed to by all parties as per the Impeachment Procedures Act. (Evidence 3)
4. Under the Rights and Freedoms the Constitution States: “IX. Any citizen, has the right to an attorney for a speed and fair trial. Any citizen, criminal or otherwise will have the right to a speedy and fair trial presided over by an impartial Judge, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, and to be confronted with the evidence against them, and to have the assistance of counsel for their defense.”
5.
Under the Rights and Freedoms the Constitution States: “XIII. Every citizen is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law without unfair discrimination and, in particular, without unfair discrimination based on political belief or social status.”
6. Under the Rights and Freedoms the Constitution States: “XIV. Every citizen has the right to life, liberty, and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice."
7. As per the Constitution the Senate acts as the Jury in an impeachment trial.
8. As the Presiding Officer of the trial, Rurge should facilitate a fair trial for all sides.
9. xEndeavour has been appointed as a Special Prosecutor by Rurge, in a suspiciously quick response time of 11 minutes.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. By suspending sections of the agreement the Senate have changed the rules of the trial contrary to the Impeachment Procedure Act and the agreed upon rules of the Impeachment. There is no legal basis for this, in fact it directly contradicts the law.
2. As the jury in the Impeachment Trial of the Chief Justice Krix, the Senate will render a verdict. Their illegal violation of the agreement, as demonstrated above, will deny Krix the right to a “Fair Trial” under the Constitution.
3. As the jury in the Impeachment Trial of the Chief Justice Krix, the Senate will render a verdict. Their illegal violation of the agreement, as demonstrated above, proves “unfair discrimination” in violation of Krix’s rights under the Constitution.
4. By violating Krix's rights so thoroughly and completely the Senate has violated Krix's right to "life, liberty, and security of the person" as he is being so unfairly treated.
5. Presiding Officer Rurge, in their capacity as acting Attorney General has appointed xEndeavour, an individual the Plaintiff has raised a suit against for their bias in 'Krix v. The Commonwealth of Redmont [2023] FCR 11' (Of which the Plaintiff has a unanswered Injunction to force him to abstain from all matters in the case), as a Special Prosector who seems to have taken on the role with the specific goal of arguing against the Plaintiff, as seen in 'Krix v. The Commonwealth of Redmont [2023] FCR 10'. This shows possible collusion between what is supposed to be a impartial Presiding Officer and a clearly bias Senator.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. The Impeachment Trial of Krix be declared as a mistrial with prejudice as it is now impossible for Krix to receive a fair trial from a Senate which has so thoroughly violated his rights.
