COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows: DIAMOND_KING9 made a promise to pay anyone who paid $100 to him $500. After the Plaintiff paid him the $100 he stated he did not have enough and then logged off. After that the defendant refused to pay any money, not even the $100 back to the plaintiff.

II. FACTS
1. The Defendant promised to give anyone who paid him $100, $500
2. The Defendant was paid $100 by the plaintiff.
3. The Defendant did not pay any money to the plaintiff.
4. The Defendant logged off shortly after.
5. The Defendant refused to pay the $100 back or any money when asked to later on.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The Defendant knowingly committed 10.1 - Fraud by promising $500 without even having that much.
2. The Plaintiff lost $100 with no gain and the promise of $500.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $500 to uphold the promise from the Defendant.
2. $100 in legal fees.

V. EVIDENCE
1. Proof of promise/DIAMOND_KING9 leaving afterwards.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
