The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
On the 29. May, 2026, Julia V. Tempest has egregiously insulted my shipbuilding. She has sent a highly offensive emoji in response to me announcing the construction of a ship.

II. FACTS
1. On the 29th of May, 2026, at 16:16 o'clock CEST, Katto Eugen Strophe-Bragança announced the construction of a war ship in #politics. He wrote "HMS Strophe-Bragança :star_struck", which is the name of the planned vessel. The star-struck emoji was used to convey awe and respect at this new project.
2. Less than a minute later, Julia Violent Tempest had responded with "HMS Strophe-Bragança ", mocking this project with a highly offensive poop emoji.
3. She apologized quickly thereafter, but backstepped by challenging Katto Eugen Strophe-Bragança to sue her.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Katto Eugen Strophe-Bragança is known for constructing prestigious ships, and one of his projects being this appallingly belittled has caused deep emotional and reputational damage to Katto Eugen Strophe-Bragança.
2. Julia Violent Tempest has openly declared she wishes to settle this dispute in a court of law, which shall be done.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1 Million from the Defendant to compensate the horrible reputational damage
2. A public apology from the Defendant.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
