How do you plan on using your grant funding?
XXL Contracts is an excavation, landscaping, and material supply company. Currently, the business is completely bottlenecked because I am forced to run it out of a residential apartment. Currently, our processing and storage capacity is limited. I want to move the company into its own permanent commercial yard/storefront in the city to scale up our operations, but commercial plots are currently out of reach for starting business.
If awarded this seed capital, it will be used to establish central headquarters and launch our bulk supply chain. Here is the breakdown of how the requested $45,000 will be spent:
•$25,000 for Property Acquisition: This will serve as a downpayment and initial funding to secure a small commercial or industrial plot in the city. This property will support material preparation, inventory storage, and fulfillment operations required for excavation, landscaping, and construction supply contracts.
• $10,000 for Automated Supply Chain (ChestShops): We will set up buying shops to purchase raw materials in bulk directly from citizens and newer players. This gives new citizens an easy way to make money by selling to us, while keeping our inventory stocked.
• $10,000 for Labor Expansion and Operational Equipment: This will fund initial payroll to hire entry-level players as subcontractors to assist with large-scale land-clearing and terrain-preparation contracts. It will also cover purchasing efficient mining gear and bulk fuel to keep our operations running smoothly.
The facility and all company operations will comply with applicable DCT zoning and property regulations.
