Can you please provide more information on how this is Innovative, Research or Development purpose? Given that real estate agents have existed for a long time in DC and nothing in this grant suggest any new practices or innovation.

The grant would primarily provide startup funding to help us establish the business and begin operating. This would cover the initial costs of creating listings, organizing market data, and promoting the service.

The innovative part of our business is not simply operating as a real estate agency, but developing a more consistent and research-based property valuation and market analysis system for DemocracyCraft.
