I. PARTIES
Plaintiff: Baeser
Defendants: GeneralBuggy, Nufuli
Counsel: AntiOptimist
II. STATEMENT OF FACTS1
1.On or around July 16, 2026, the Plaintiff (Baeser) was targeted in an unprovoked, lethal attack by Defendant GeneralBuggy and Defendant Nufuli.
2. Acting in clear coordination as accomplices, the Defendants successfully murdered the Plaintiff.
3. This unlawful killing resulted in the immediate loss of the Plaintiff's character items, tools, and gear, alongside causing severe distress and a loss of enjoyment of the server.
4. The unedited screenshots attached under Section V conclusively demonstrate the lethal action taken by the Defendants against the Plaintiff.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Civil Battery / Wrongful Death: The Defendants intentionally, unlawfully, and forcefully terminated the Plaintiff's character life, causing massive asset loss.
2. Conspiracy to Commit a Tort: Defendant Nufuli intentionally coordinated with, aided, and abetted Defendant GeneralBuggy to execute a harmful, lethal act against the Plaintiff.
3. Civil Harassment: The coordinated actions of the Defendants constitute targeted behaviour meant to cause severe distress and disrupt the Plaintiff's gameplay experience.I
V. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff respectfully requests that the Court order the following remedies:
1. $5,000 in compensatory damages to fully cover the replacement cost of all gear and items lost upon death.
2. $5,000 in punitive damages to penalize the severe, unprovoked nature of the coordinated ambush and harassment.
3. A court directive ordering the Defendants to pay 100% of all legal and Solicitor fees incurred during this action.
V. EVIDENCE
This incident occurred in the middle of spawn surrounded by many onlookers as well as the counsel accessing the behaviour the defendants shown, also attached is multiple screen shots leading up to, and after the abysmal breach of conduct.
