COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

on the UTC afternoon was strolling across the road near spawn and got violently and brutally attacked by Toadking(the "Defendant"). During this interaction I was running in an election for Aventura Head of Administration. Toadking repeatedly & falsely claimed that I was running towards him with a gun threatening him. Later after this interaction I was being told by IamJeb_ that I owned a gun, another false claim that he repeated. This leads me to believe Toadking purposefully did this to put the election results in the other candidates favor.

The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $1000 for spreading Disinformation that ruins my reputation

Writ of Summons

@ToadKing is required to appear before the District Court of Redmont in the case of JamesTheSlay v. T04DS74 [2025] DCR 47

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.
