COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

This formal complaint is submitted on behalf of ItzNotMatr1x against the Defendant regarding a fraudulent transaction (scam) that occurred on 9 August 2026. The defendant accepted a total of 2,400 in-game currency under the pretext of selling an Elytra, failed to deliver the item, demanded additional funds, and subsequently threatened the plaintiff using firearms alongside an accomplice.<br><br>

I. PARTIES
1. ItzNotMatr1x (Plaintiff)
2. anasgamerah (Defendant).
3. Xendified (Witness)

II. FACTS
1. The Plaintiff agreed to pay the Defendant 1,700 in-game currency for an "Elytra"
2. The Defendant did not give the "Elytra" to the Plaintif and later killed the Plaintiff when he asked for it.
3.The Plaintiff paid the the Defendant a sum of 2.4k in-game currency

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. A legitimate contract was made and broken
2.The plaintiff was murdered

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Compensation of 2,900 in-game currency
