I dismiss this action sua sponte for want of standing. See Le9endz_ v. AussieBloke25 [2026] DCR 59; MMiqa v. ZachOfPotatoes10 [2026] DCR 67. Simple murder alone cannot establish standing for a civil action. Id. Further, this complaint is deficient. See Court R. & Proc. § 1.10; Court Templates (requiring formats be used and filled out properly). This case is dismissed with prejudice.
