COMPLAINT

The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
IKB agreed to give a loan to KingBOB in the amount of $50,000. KingBOB agreed to pay the money back plus an interest of $10,000 in 1 month and a contract was written and signed. 1 month passed and KingBOB asked for an extension to pay back the loan for an additional 2 weeks, IKB agreed on the condition that KingBOB pay back an additional 6k in interest. it has now been over a week since the extension has been granted and IKB has not heard from KingBOB or recieved payment for the loan.

II. FACTS
1. On 9/27 2025 IKB issued a loan to KingBOB99878 in the amount of $50,000. The Term for this loan was 1 month and the interest was $10,000 (20%) (Exhibit A)
2. KingBOB recieved the $50,000 (Exhibit B)
3. On 10/26 2025 KingBOB requested an extension to payback his loan, this was granted on the condition that an additional $6,000 of interest was to be paid. (Exhibit C)
4. KingBOB99878 did not pay back the loan on the date of the extension (11/10 2025) and has not replied to messages from IKB employees. (Exhibit D)

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. KingBOB broke the contract by not paying back the loan.
2. Because KingBOB broke the contract IKB has lost $66,000

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. Full repayment of the loan, including Interest
2. $15,000 in legal fees

Writ of Summons

@KingBOB99878, is required to appear before the District Court in the case of IKB v. KingBOB99878 [2025] DCR 94

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

SUA SPONTE DISMISSAL

Upon further review the court has found that IKB is a sole proprietorship owned by TaqticalDuck, a player whom has been permenantly deported. FURTHERMORE the individual whom has filed this case has not included proof of representation. The court does not see fit to hear this case on which the sole proprietorship in which its proprietor is permanently deported.

This case is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
