How do you plan on using your grant funding?
Monkey Financial would like to provide a valuable service to new players or those without large amounts of capital by renting out drills. Although drills are important and vital for participating in the mining industry, they may be inaccessible to new players due to high capital cost. As such, we plan to buy drills and rent them out to new players, no questions asked, to help them get started on the server.

Just so you know, most applications that are retried (like this one) are often denied. You can look back at some past denied applications, but you might have a chance here since you are asking for significantly less money.

Thanks - I just wanted to try again with a much smaller amount since

1) My previous request was composed of two parts and the DOC only expressed concern with one of them.
2) A similar request to this one was approved before, but it does not seem like the grantee actually ended up providing the service described above for a significant amount of time - and currently there is major interest in this sort of service.
