COMPLAINT The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF

I. PARTIES

1. The Plaintiff is grayboy1000, operating as Vanguard Bank (a Sole Proprietorship).
2. The Defendant is marci2084.

II. FACTS

1. The Defendant entered into a binding loan agreement with the Plaintiff, governed by the Vanguard Bank Terms of Service.
2. The Defendant agreed to the terms, including the repayment of principal and interest.
3. The Defendant has committed a Material Breach (Part V, §7.4) by failing to fulfill the repayment terms.
4. The total outstanding debt, including interest, is $526.51.

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. Breach of Contract: The Defendant failed to perform the contractual obligation of repayment.
2. Compensatory Damages: The Plaintiff is entitled to the exact amount of financial loss suffered ($526.51).
3. Legal Costs: The Plaintiff is entitled to $3,000.00 representing the value of legal services and time required to manage this litigation.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:

1. The immediate payment of $3,526.51 (comprising 526.51incompensatorydamagesand526.51incompensatorydamagesand3,000.00 in legal costs).
