Amend the Constitution

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Gimme Information Act'.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been authored by xEndeavour
(4) This Act has been proposed by Rep. zLost
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Rep. CopTop_YT

2 - Reasons
(1) Citizens must have a right to know who is presiding over their case, and their decision during a case.
(2) This Act aims to give that right.

3 - Amendment
Section 23 of the Constitution (link) will be amended to add:

XVII. The right to be informed of the Judicial Officers presiding over a litigation in which one is a party, and to access their individual respective opinions as integral components in the rendering of the final verdict.

(Note: If the Freedom of Knowledge Act passes, the number for the amendment will be XVIII, not XVII. Please remove this note when the bill passes or is rejected.)
