COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

.AstuteSundew823, in a severe breach of trust and duty, orchestrated and executed a scheme to defraud Fish's Financial LLC of a significant sum of money. They created and utilized an alternate account, Abadoniss/girleer, to submit fraudulent deposit requests. Then they used their privileged position within Fish's Financial LLC to approve these fictitious deposits and the subsequent withdrawal, effectively embezzling $90,000 from the bank's treasury. This was a premeditated act of fraud and embezzlement intended to cause significant financial harm to the Plaintiff, damaging depositor trust in the bank.

I. PARTIES
1. Fish's Financial LLC - A financial institution and the Plaintiff in this matter.
2. .AstuteSundew823 - An individual with db perms at Fish's Financial LLC and the Defendant in this matter who operates the alt account Abadoniss.


II. FACTS
1. On November 5, 2025, a user named girleer (with the in-game name Abadoniss), an alternate account of the Defendant, submitted three separate deposit requests to Fish's Financial LLC for $50,000.0, $40,000.0, and $50,000.0. These requests were supported by falsified and edited images intended to deceive the bank. (P-001)
2. On November 5, 2025, the Defendant using their authority within Fish's Financial LLC, approved two of the fraudulent deposit requests, crediting the girleer account with a total of $90,000.0. (P-002)
3. On November 5, 2025, minutes after the fraudulent funds were credited, the user girleer submitted a withdrawal request for the full $90,000.0. (P-003)
4. On November 5, 2025, the Defendant approved the withdrawal request and proceeded to execute the transfer of $90,000.0 from Fish's Financial LLC to the account Abadoniss. (See: P-003, P-004)
5. The Defendant subsequently took measures to conceal the illicitly obtained assets, including purchasing bank notes and hiding them in the wild (P-005, P-006).
6. The Defendant, .AstuteSundew823, is the owner and operator of the alternate accounts girleer (Discord) and Abadoniss (in-game), which were used to perpetrate this scheme (P-007).
7. The Defendant, .AstuteSundew823 and their alt account Abadoniss, have since been permanently deported from the server. (P-008, P-009)

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Fraud: In accordance with Part VII §7 of the Criminal Code Act, the Defendant knowingly misrepresented a material fact, the legitimacy of the deposits, to induce the Plaintiff to rely on that misrepresentation, resulting in a quantifiable financial loss of $90,000.
2. Embezzlement: In accordance with Part VII §6 of the Criminal Code Act, the Defendant knowingly and fraudulently misappropriated assets that were entrusted to them by virtue of their position and authority at Fish's Financial LLC giving them access to the db.
3. Concealment of Criminal Proceeds: The Defendant concealed and disguised funds known to be derived from criminal activity, in violation of the Criminal Code Act Part VII §8.

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $90,000 in compensatory damages to recover the funds stolen from Fish's Financial LLC.
2. $100,000 in punitive damages for the Plaintiff's outrageous, premeditated malicious conduct in abusing a position of trust to embezzle depositors' money and subsequently attempt to hide it, and to deter similar fraudulent activities against financial institutions in the future.
3. Legal fees, calculated at 30% of the total damages awarded, as permitted by the Legal Damages Act.

In line with previous cases, [2025] DCR 41, [2025] SCR 2, and [2025] DCR 87 concerning permanently deported players, we ask for this case to receive a default judgement. As the Defendant, .AstuteSundew823 and their alt account Abadoniss, have been confirmed to be permanently deported, the Defendant does not have any rights and thus does not maintain the right to defend themselves in court.
