- Client Name:  Dartanman
- Counsel Name:  Dartanman
- Were you originally the plaintiff or the defendant: Third Party filing Amicus Brief
- Reason for the Appeal:
Although it lacked the formatting, the Plaintiff's counsel essentially filed an objection against my request to file an Amicus Brief.

I was found to be contempt for responding to the objection.

The Objections Guide states clearly:
"The opposing party may answer the objection within 24 HOURS! The opposing party may answer to the objection without asking for permission from the presiding Judge."

Thus, as I was essentially responding to the objection, I should not have been found in contempt.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT

The Supreme Court has decided to grant this appeal on the issue.

We move to dismiss the Contempt of Court charge as no prior warning was given to not make any additional posts. Warning should be given in order to effectively meet the requisite "fails to perform" of any judicial order or instruction.

No further conduct is needed at this time. The Supreme Court hereby orders the charge dismissed and orders the DOJ to reimburse the appellant of the fine as well as pay for any jail time under 20.1(b) of the Judicial Standards Act.
