Our firm bridges the critical gap between complex server mechanics and legal arguments. Grant funding will be strictly allocated toward public-interest pro-bono cases, operational infrastructure, and educational outreach to improve the overall quality of judicial proceedings in Redmont.
1. PRO-BONO CASE FUNDING & ACCESSIBILITY (40%)
The primary public benefit of our firm is providing objective, expert analysis to ensure fair trials. Often, private citizens facing criminal charges or government overreach cannot afford standard legal defense and expert fees.
Public Legal Aid Fund: We will dedicate 40% of the grant money to a subsidized fund to provide free (pro-bono) or low-cost expert witness reports and testimony for low-income citizens.
Support for Public Defenders: We will collaborate with public defenders and court-appointed attorneys to offer our forensic analysis and log-checking services at no cost when representing disadvantaged clients.
2. PHYSICAL OFFICE & COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER (25%)
To operate professionally and provide an accessible location for clients to meet with our consultants, we require physical infrastructure.
Office Acquisition: Acquisition of a commercial plot or office suite in Redmont to serve as our primary headquarters.
Public Law Library & Archive: A dedicated, open-access area within our office containing public records, past case analysis templates, and guides on how to properly document evidence for court.
3. DATABASE SCALING & TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (15%)
Maintaining organized case records, log files, financial data, and client dockets is crucial for an expert witness firm.
Database Maintenance: Ensuring our in-game /db ApexExpert account is fully funded and capable of managing corporate transactions and financial reserves securely.
Secure Case Management Systems: Development and maintenance of private document dockets to protect sensitive client evidence and attorney-client privileges.
4. COMMUNITY EDUCATION & MOCK TRIAL PROGRAM (10%)
To improve the quality of litigation across the server, we want to help educate future legal minds.
Legal Seminars: Funding free public workshops and seminars on "How to Analyze Server Logs" and "The Role of Expert Evidence in Redmont Courts."
Mock Trial Sponsorships: Sponsoring and organizing educational mock trials in cooperation with the Department of Legal Affairs or local bar associations to help train aspiring attorneys and expert witnesses.
5. MARKETING & RECRUITMENT (10%)
To ensure that citizens and defense attorneys are aware of our services, we must establish a professional public presence.
Forums & Media Outreach: Funding advertising campaigns on the official forums and server Discord channels.
Internship Program: Establishing a paid internship program for new players interested in learning legal forensics, giving them their first job and hands-on experience in the legal sector.
