To


Protect the falsely accused and prosecute the accuser.

The people of Democracy Craft, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “False Accusations Act”.
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been co-authored by Speaker of the House 218218Consumer
(4) The Act has been co-sponsored by Speaker of the House 218218Consumer and Rep. JoeGamer2120

2 - Reasons
(1) Persons knowly accuse others of crimes that they did not commit.
(2) There is no punishment for falsely accusing someone for crimes.
(3) This will prevent future false accusations and imprisonments.

3 - Terms
(1) A new crime, “False Accusation”, shall be defined as “Falsely accusing someone of a crime and attempting to incur legal punishment when they could reasonably infer that the accused was innocent,” added under Miscellaneous Laws.
(2) The punishment for False Accusation shall be as follows:
1. First Offense: $100 fine
2. Second Offense: $250 fine
3. Third Offense: $400 fine and 5 minutes jail time.
(3) To secure a conviction for False Accusation, the person falsely accused of a crime they did not commit must provide sufficient evidence that they did not commit the crime, i.e. screenshots, video, or witnesses.
(4) If an individual was falsely /complainted, i.e. given consent and then later complainted by the same person, their wanted point will be removed.
(5) If an individual already served jail time and paid fines for a crime they did not commit, the reparations will be paid by the person who falsely accused the victim.

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “The Cool False Complaint Remedy Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act was authored by Representative A__C and written in collaboration with Secretary of Justice ElainaThomas29.
(4) This Act is co-sponsored by Representative Freeze28, Representative SlimeGlitch, and Senator black_ven0m.

2 - Purpose
(1) A number of incidents have occured in which a person gives consent, gets murdered, and then runs /complaint, causing the other individual to receive a record and get jailed. Due to the phrasing of the False Report Act, the wanted point and jail record cannot be removed.
(2) Protect individuals in future incidents where they were jailed/fined before being proved innocent.

3 - Amendment
Adds two new terms under 3 - Terms in the False Accusations Act:
(4) If an individual was falsely /complainted, i.e. given consent and then later complainted by the same person, their wanted point will be removed.
(5) If an individual already served jail time and paid fines for a crime they did not commit, the reparations will be paid by the person who falsely accused the victim.
