By the authority vested in me as President under the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Redmont, I, Pepecuu, the 23rd President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
(1) In accordance with the Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont Act, I hereby order the Secretary of Homeland Security to organize the Armed Forces of the Commonwealth of Redmont (AFCR) as soon as possible, to defend the Commonwealth of Redmont from the clear and undeniable aggression from the Kingdom of Alexandria upon our sovereign territory.
(2) In accordance with Executive Order - 31/2024, I hereby order the Department of Homeland Security, in collaboration with the Department of the Interior, to completely fill the Military Reserve as soon as possible.
(a) The Department of Homeland Security and the Department of the Interior shall utilize the Presidential Reserve, as outlined in current and future Appropriation Acts, for payment of completed tenders or purchases relating to equipment required in the Military Reserve.
(3) This Executive Order is purely performative for the Redmont - Alexandria War Event and shall not be construed as legally binding at any time before, during, or after this Executive Order comes into effect.
(4) This Executive Order shall be automatically repealed at the conclusion of the Redmont - Alexandria War Event, or the end of the President Pepecuu's term, whichever is earlier. A premature repeal of this Executive Order via a later Executive Order shall supersede this section.
