By the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Kaiserin_, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:
Whereas a number of Executive Orders are no longer needed, are creating undue burden on Departments, or are not being actively enforced:
§ 1. Repeals
The following Executive Orders are to be repealed, with reasons included as subsubsections:
1. Executive Order 23/23 - Redmont First
a. Other servers outside the Minecraft Cities Network are no longer recognised by the Commonwealth.
2. Executive Order 21/24 - National Debate Commission
a. The Commission is unused and serves little purpose.
3. Executive Order 28/24 - Establishment of the National Endowment for the Arts
a. The NEA is unused and, while theoretically positive, cannot be continuously maintained.
4. Executive Order 32/24 - Mandatory Tendering of Government Supplies
a. Superseded in necessity by the new Federal Reserve Act.
5. Executive Order 34/24 - Establishment of the Private Accreditation System for Specialized Education
a. Has seen essentially no use since its implementation and creates an undue burden on the DOE.
§ 2. Enactment
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. Organisations abolished by this Executive Order shall have their funds, if any, returned to DCGovernment.
