Executive Order Executive Order 23/25 - Willow District

By the authority granted to me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Kaiserin_, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

§ 1. Repeals
Executive Order 20/24 - Willow District is hereby repealed.

§ 2. Willow District
Willow is a District under the control of the Commonwealth government, separate from Reveille or any Town. The theme of Willow is farming.

§ 3. Department Responsibilities
Willow is under the primary jurisdiction of the Department of the Interior, which is responsible for its development and maintenance, as well as the regulation of farming practices within the District. Government-owned land within the Willow District belongs to the Department of the Interior.

The Department of Construction and Transportation is obligated and empowered to enforce a limit of three farm plots owned/rented per player within the Willow District. The Department of Construction and Transportation may assist in the development and maintenance of the Willow District at the request of the Department of the Interior.

All other Departments will uphold their constitutional responsibilities, to the extent that they do not interfere with or contradict the responsibilities of the Department of the Interior and Department of Construction and Transportation.

§ 4. Enactment
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately, and supersedes any previous Executive Orders on the topic of the Willow District.
