Executive Order 20/26 - June 2026 EO Cleanup​

Whereas, Secretaries have the responsibility of "[c]reating and amending departmental policy in accordance with the President’s direction" (Const. 24(5))
Whereas, a "President may issue and revoke Executive Orders to ensure good governance of the server" (Const. 24(5));
Whereas, Section 29(1)(b) of the Constitution tasks Secretaries with "[c]reating and amending departmental policy in accordance with the President’s direction".
Whereas, the Department of State has been overworked by special elections over the past several weeks;
Whereas, Executive Order 14/26 - National Symbols never attained full implementation, but would require the Department of State to run further elections;
Whereas, Executive Order 14/26 - National Symbols repealed several pre-existing national symbols;
Whereas, upon consultation with server leadership, Executive Order 19/26 - Identifying Burnout Risk and Acknowledging Mental Health may warrant adjustments;
Whereas, the organization created by Executive Order 37/25 - The BAR, Bring it forth is redundant to the statute-created Redmont Bar Association.
Whereas, Executive Order 33/24 - Establishment of Department Shoutouts has been superseded by Executive Order 22/25 - Shoutouts and Reminders.

Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Multiman155, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

§ 1. PURPOSE AND INTENT
The purposes of this executive order are:
(1) to restore national symbols in place before the issuance of Executive Order 14/26 - National Symbols;
(2) to revise Executive Order 19/26 - Identifying Burnout Risk and Acknowledging Mental Health following conversation with the server leadership team in order to create dispersed holidays rather than partially overlapping health months;
(3) to perform general cleanup of old or outdated Executive Orders.

§ 2. NATIONAL SYMBOLS CLEANUP
Executive Order 14/26 - National Symbols is hereby repealed. Executive Order 04/26 - Establishing National Food, Drink, and Culinary Celebration and Executive Order 31/25 - National Sport are restored in full and shall have full effect.

§ 3. REMOVING HEALTH MONTH COMMEMORATIONS
(1) Executive Order 19/26, §§ 2-4, and §6 are stricken in their entirety, and other sections renumbered.
(2) Executive Order 19/26, §1 shall be struck and replaced with "The purpose of this executive order is to provide acknowledgement of mental health and a policy goal of preventing burnout across the commonwealth through careful auditing."

§ 4. REPEALED

§ 5. MISCELLANEOUS REPEALS
(1) Executive Order 37/25 - The BAR, Bring it forth is hereby repealed.
(2) Executive Order 33/24 - Establishment of Department Shoutouts is hereby repealed.

§ 6. IMPLEMENTATION
This Executive Order shall take immediate effect upon its signing.
