Executive Order 07/26 - Pardons of Citizens and Reprieve from Punishment Regarding Certain Crimes​

Whereas, "[t]he President may grant reprieves and pardons to individuals charged with breaking the law, except in cases of impeachment" (Const. 24(1));
Whereas, several citizens have approached the President seeking pardon or reprieve from punishment;
Whereas, the President seeks to show mercy to these and other people;

Therefore, by the authority vested in me by the Redmont Constitution, I, Multiman155, President of the Commonwealth of Redmont, do declare the following under this Executive Order:

§ 1. INTENT AND PURPOSE
This Executive Order seeks to pardon certain individuals for certain crimes, and to grant reprieve from punishments for others. Those persons listed in the pardons sections are pardoned for the criminal charges listed therein, and those persons listed in the reprieve section are granted reprieve from punishment not yet executed. The text of this Order shall be read in line with this intent.

§ 2. PARDONS
The following individuals are granted full and unconditional pardons for the criminal charges described in this section of Order.

§ 3. REPRIEVES
The following individuals are granted the following reprieves for criminal charges, as described below in this Order.

3.1 AsexualDinosaur
For the following charges of Contempt of Court, the President grants a reprieve.

• Contempt of Court — Muggy21 v. Riverardd [2025] DCR 96

If AsexualDinosaur has not yet been jailed for such crime, AsexualDinosaur shall not be jailed for these crimes, but fines shall remain outstanding until or unless paid. If AsexualDinosaur already has been jailed for this crime, this reprieve shall have no effect.

§ 4. IMPLEMENTATION
These pardons and reprieves shall take immediate effect.
