COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

a. As stated in Section 10(1) of the Criminal Terminology Act, and as amended on the date of December 21st, 2025, wttn2c committed 'Unlawful Killing', of which was not justified according to Section 10(1)(b) of the same act.
b. Multiple counts of the above.
c. Possibly unlawful entering of a rental property not rented out to them.

I. PARTIES
1. ESSEDE (Prosecuter, Victim)
2. wttn2c (Defendant)

II. FACTS
1. ESSEDE, the defendant, was returning home.
2. wttn2c attacked with deadly force, killing ESSEDE.
3. wttn2c entered the rented property of ESSEDE.
4. As ESSEDE returned, this was repeated several times.
5. wttn2c later returned to the street, and killed ESSEDE multiple times outside the hospital.

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. Multiple counts of 'Unlawful Killing', as defined in Section 10(1) of the Criminal Terminology Act, without justification as outlined in Section 10(1)(b) of the same act.

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. A monetary payment of $27,500 to the prosecutor (ESSEDE).

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.

The Court administratively dismisses the action. A private citizen can't sue another player for a Criminal Prosecution, that is only for a government entity.



No penalties shall attach, but Plaintiff is advised to seek counsel.
