COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I, Ebborsnam, opened up an account with Inner Bank. I deposited 25000 dollars into my account. I paid this money to _zuq, who then later on claimed that he is not responsible for the missing money. This has caused me to lose the 25000 dollars which has caused me loss of enjoyment and stress.
I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. I paid an amount of 25000 dollars to _zuq, the defendant. This was instructed to me within a ticket in the Inner Bank discord server, which has since been deleted. The transaction is shown in P-004.
2. When offered by someone to be his lawyer, the defendant even joked about the situation stating "I pay back 50% of my clients and you are 50% my lawyer". This is shown in P-002.
3. This incident has caused me stress and a loss of enjoyment.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Loss of Enjoyment, the loss of this substantial amount of money has caused a lot of stress and a loss of enjoyment, I have worked hard and long for this money and losing it has caused me stress.
2. Breach of Contract, the defendant breached the contract that said I could withdraw the amount from my account with Inner Bank.
3. Misleading Conduct in Trade or Commerce, the Defendant has misleaded me and caused the loss of 25000 dollars.
4. Unjust Enrichment, the defendant has tried to benefit himself at my expense.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. 30000 dollars in punitive damages, the Defendant's conduct was outrageous: The defendant intended to cause harm or loss, the defendant acted knowing that their conduct was likely to disadvantage, harm, or seriously inconvenience another person, The defendant acted with reckless indifference as to whether harm or loss would occur, the conduct involved dishonesty, deception, bad faith, or abuse of trust or power.
2. 10000 dollars of consequential damages, the loss of this substantial amount of money has caused a lot of stress and a loss of enjoyment.
