IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
(dygyee)
Plaintiff
v.
(PizzaWizard8)
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
The plaintiff agreed to a deal with the defendant, and the defendant did not follow through on the deal. He ultimately scammed me, the plaintiff, out of $40.
I. PARTIES
1. dygyee
2. PizzaWizard8
II. FACTS
1. dygyee offered on general chat asking if anyone wanted to by an axolotl.
2. The defendant, PizzaWizard8, replied that he would like to buy one.
3. Both parties agreed on a fair price of $50
4. The defendant insisted on the axolotl being given before he payed the $50
5. I, dygyee, gave the defendant the axolotl underneath spawn.
6. The defendant only paid $10, which was not the agree upon $50.
7. I, the plaintiff, messaged PizzaWizzard8 multiple times asking for the $40 with no response.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. The plaintiff was promised $50 in the deal that was made, and was only given $10.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $40, The remainder of what the defendant owes the plaintiff from the deal that was made.
2. $2, A reasonable 5% interest on what was not paid.
3. $50 In legal fees
Evidence:
Exhibit 1: Proof of deal. Exhibit 2: Proof of $10 payment.
Exhibit 3 and 4: Proof of asking defendant for the remainder of the money.
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
