Bill: Rejected DPA Events Are Cool Act

Prevent Bounties From Disrupting Events​

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the “DPA Events Are Cool Act"
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This bill was authored by A__C and the idea was proposed by tair0.
(4) This Act is co-sponsored by Senator black_ven0m.
(5) This bill was approved by Justice Secretary ElainaThomas29.

2 - Reasons
(1) With the new bounty system, players often try to collect the bounty through unlawful means. Sometimes this can be very disruptive to government affairs such as official events.
(2) It is frustrating for the event hosts and other players from public nuisance, and this will serve specifically as a deterrent for players trying to gain extra money by disrupting events.

3 - Terms
(1) If a player disrupts an event in order to claim a bounty, they will be punished for public nuisance and fined for the total of the bounty, made payable to the victim.
