A BILL TO

Appropriate Emergency Funds to the Department of Health Budget







The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:


PART I — PRELIMINARIES

1. Short Title and Enactment


(1) This Act may be cited as the ‘DOH Emergency Appropriations Amendment Act’

(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.

(3) This Act has been authored by Representative Julia Tempest.

(4) This Act has been co-sponsored by President of the Senate Talion Contour.

(5) This Act amends the following acts:

(a) Appropriations Act — MAY 2026


2. Reasons and Intent

(1) The Department of Health is in urgent need of emergency funding due to the ongoing player wave.

(2) The Vice President and the Secretary of Health have informed Congress that the Department of Health needs an extra $500,000 till the end of this fiscal month

PART II — Terms

3. Amendments


(1) Part II, Section 3 of the Appropriations Act — MAY 2026 shall be amended as follows:
"
4. Departments will be apportioned the following from the Government Balance:
(1) Department of State (DOS): $300,000;

(2) Department of Homeland Security (DHS) $375,000;

(3) Department of Justice (DOJ): $400,000;

(4) Department of Commerce (DOC): $400,000;

(5) Department of Public Affairs (DPA): $400,000;

(6) Department of Construction and Transportation (DCT) $430,000;

(7) Department of Health (DOH): $400,000 $900,000;

(8) Department of Interior (DOI): $400,000;

(9) Department of Education (DOE): $325,000.

DoH has taken adequate measure to not rely on a government bail out. The unpaid work should be compensated now and we will look into the future for a more sustainable system. Aye
 

Presidential Assent


This bill has received Presidential assent and is hereby signed into law.

Reason: This Bill provides the Government with emergency funding for the Department of Health, necessary to deal with the fiscal pressures the wave of new players are having on the Medicare system.

These funds will be used to appropriately remunerate our hard working front line Doctors and Medical Staff, as well as supply our nation’s hospitals during these critical times.
