COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as followsaichi22 signed a contract with my company dodrio management and he broke this contract by now paying the required amount on time

WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF Daichi22 signed a contract with my management company dodrio management the contract states that he pays $50 to my employees every week then my employee gives me my cut he broke the contract by not paying my employee or even me the required amount we have given him multiple notices and he hasn’t tep suspended the contract or cancelled it.

II. FACTS
1. Daichi22 signed a contract with dodrio management
2. Daichi22 failed to give the payment of $50 that is stated in the contract
3. Daichi22 discord is Haroku24
4. He was meant to pay on November the 23rd and it has been more that a week

III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Daichi22 signed a contract that stated if he didn’t pay with in 1 week he would pay double the amount ment to be payed of $50

IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $100 as the contract stated he should pay

WRIT OF SUMMONS

The defendant is required to appear before the court in the case of Dodrio3 v. Daichi22. Failure to appear within 48 hours of this summons will result in a default judgment in favor of the plaintiff.

I'd also like to remind both parties to be aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.​

Verdict

Because the Defendant has failed to appear before the court within the 48 hours, I am ruling in favor of the Plaintiff. I hereby order the DOJ to Fine Daichi22 $100, and unfine Dodrio3 the same amount.
