How do you plan on using your grant funding?
As of the "Jarron Wave", we have become overwhelmed with users looking to join the legal community. We are unable to employ so many people, so we are considering establishing a training program for new members.

The following is how I would look at spending the money
$15,000 - Paying individuals for creating the training program (i.e., what task should be completed, curriculum ECT)
$30,000 - Paying individuals to supervise tasks and mark work. ($2,000 per person for a total of 15 people to start)

Ideal Grant Amount $45,000

If awarded, I intend to use the grant money allocated to me for its intended purpose on which it was approved for, and provide a breakdown in my application thread of how the funding was used.
