Case Filing
IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION
Dartanboy
Plaintiff
v.
Commonwealth of Redmont
Defendant
COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
I am an active, hardworking lawyer in the Commonwealth of Redmont. Furthermore, I am a citizen, a property owner, an employer, and a consumer of goods and services. For a long time, the Commonwealth has illegally held that individuals with less than 6 hours of in-game playtime in the last 30 days will be "evicted" from their lawfully-owned properties. I have had enough of this illegal crackdown, and am seeking a legal resolution.
I. PARTIES
1. Dartanboy (Plaintiff)
2. Commonwealth of Redmont (Defendant)
II. FACTS
1. On September 24, 2025, Dartanboy's lawfully owned properties, c362 and s087, were reported for eviction by the Department of Construction and Transportation [Exhibit P-001, P-002].
2. Dartanboy is a citizen [Common Knowledge].
3. The Constitution, Part IV, Section 32, Subsection 15 guarantees "Every citizen has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure" [see Constitution].
4. DCT Policy states "Less than 6 hours playtime in the past month" qualifies as Inactivity and is valid cause for eviction [Exhibit P-003].
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Constitutional Rights Violation - DCT Policy allowing seizure of plots owned by so-called "inactive" players is an Unreasonable Seizure. While the Constitution does allow leeway for "reasonable limits prescribed by law that are justified in a free and democratic society," DCT policy is created by an unelected Secretary, and lacks the same force of Congressional law. Furthermore, I contend that this policy is not reasonable, and will prove so in my Opening Statement.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. DCT Inactivity Policy be struck as unconstitutional.
2. $100 in Legal Fees.
EVIDENCE
By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
