This is the official election post for the 23rd Town Council elections for the town of Oakridge.

Council positions up for election:

Head of Commerce
Head of Urban Development
Head of Residence
Head of Event Coordination
Sheriff


The following requirements must be met for all positions:
- Is an Oakridge Resident.
- Accrued 24 hours of total playtime.
- Accrued 12 hours of active playtime within the last 30 days.
- Has been 1 week since the player’s initial join date.
- May only run for one council seat.

Players seeking candidacy for the Head of an Office will reply:

"I, <username>, declare that I will be contesting a seat as the <position> as an Independent / a member of <political party>."

Nominations close in 72 hours with voting open for a total of 72 hours.

You must be a resident of the town of Oakridge in order to run and vote. To vote, you must have 6 hours of playtime in the past 30 days.

ELECTORAL TRANSPARENCY
In accordance with the Electoral Transparency Act, the Department of State has released the following information regarding this election:

Winterwolf (leading), Angryhamdog, and A__C counted the initial five election results.
Winterwolf (leading), and Angryhamdog counted the first two runoff election results.

Both cases, no documents or external tools were used, votes were hand-counted by the EO's.

Attached are the 7 anonimized results for the initial and 1st runoff election.
