What Case are you Appealing?: Commonwealth v. Commonwealth | SCR Case No Docket Number

Link to the Original Case: Lawsuit: Dismissed - The Commonwealth of Redmont v. The Commonwealth of Redmont

Basis for Appeal: Your honors,

This case was dismissed without a full analysis of the situation. This issue cannot be resolved internally, because only the Judiciary is tasked with interpreting the law - not the Department of Justice. We are asking the Supreme Court to decide whether our policy is legal (a Judicial power).

This is a Government dispute, which the Constitution gives the Supreme Court original jurisdiction over.

We ask the case be heard and the Frivolous Case charge removed.

-- Edit --
As deciding whether a certain policy is legal is, in fact, a Judicial Power (not Executive Power), allowing this case to be dismissed would set the immensely dangerous precedent that the Department of Justice, and perhaps the entire Executive, has Judicial Power.

I am asking you, your honors, not to set such a dangerous precedent.
