COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

On October 31st, 2025, the Defendant, WWW2020 (Alias ⛧ ☥ ݁ ˖ִ ࣪ 𓃢𓃶), posted an auction on the official DC Discord listing a myriad of weapons for sale, including 3 "Fatman" weapons and 5 "MiniNuke" ammunition. Sir_Dogeington, as a private citizen, bid upon and won this auction. Upon the completion of this auction, the Defendant delivered the full contents of the auction to Sir_Dogeington within the jurisdiction of Redmont. This amounts to Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking as the Defendant both knowingly sold and delivered(trafficked) items deemed Weapons of Mass Destruction by the Criminal Terminology Act §5(1)(a)(i) and §5(1)(a)(ii).

II. FACTS
1. On October 31st, 2025, the Defendant posted an auction on the official DC Discord that included 5 MiniNukes and 3 Fatmans (P-001),(P-002),(P-003).
2. The account ⛧ ☥ ݁ ˖ִ ࣪ 𓃢𓃶 (@podgies) is the discord account of the Defendant WWW2020 (P-006).
3. Upon the conclusion of the aforementioned auction, the Defendant, WWW2020, delivered the entire set of auctioned items to the Purchaser, Sir_Dogeington, including the 5 MiniNukes and 3 Fatmans (P-004),(P-005).
4. The Criminal Terminology Act §5(1)(a)(i) and §5(1)(a)(ii) defines both of the aforementioned items as Weapons of Mass Destruction in respect to the Criminal Code Act.
5. The Criminal Code Act Part VI, §8 defines Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking as "sells, distributes, or traffics any substance deemed to be a weapon of mass destruction".
6. The Defendants sale, transportation, and distribution of these illicit items to a buyer violates the Criminal Code Act's definition of Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking.

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. One Count of Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking. Given that the sale of both Fatmans and MiniNukes is illegal under the Criminal Code Act Part VI, §8.


IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. A 100 Penalty Unit fine, and 60 minutes of Imprisonment, with respect to One Count of Weapon of Mass destruction Trafficking.

In the interest of more efficient Courtroom proceedings, the Court will permit responses to motions without prior Court permission. The deadline for said motions shall be 48 hours.

Your honour,

My client is a simple trader. He is not some high-level kingpin that deals in WMD's for a living. In a large chest filled with rows and rows of fully compliant merchandising, is it possible he overlooked these few prohibited items? Yes, it is. That is not to say that the deal did not happen, rather I ask for some leniency considering the probability of a lack of mens rea on my client's part, following Criminal Code Act, Section 5(2)(a) and (2)(b).

Furthermore, precedent suggests that the Prosecution's recommended sentencing is greatly exaggerated. In Lawsuit: Adjourned - Commonwealth of Redmont v. .Sirbucket420 [2024] FCR 127, the Defendant dealt 11 WMD's. Upon pleading guilty, he received a fine equivalent to 15 Penalty Units and no jail time. It is also relevant to mention that in said case, the Defendant made the sale knowing they were prohibited items, something that can't be said about my client, who also only dealt 8 weapons. The Prosecution did not mention why my client's conduct is so outrageous to warrant the maximum possible sentencing for this.

Therefore, we ask the honourable judge to impose a fine of 15 Penalty Units along with no jail time for my client. Thank you.​

Verdict

The Court accepted the plea of GUILTY from Defendant and, on hearing the Public Defender for a sentencing guideline, the Court adjudicates as following:


WWW2020 is GUILTY of Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking. Considering that WWW2020 has 34 Days of Playtime, the Court finds the penalty of 15 units and no jail to be inappropriate.

WWW2020 shall be fined $2,500 and be imprisoned for 15 minutes.
