Case Filing

IN THE FEDERAL COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CRIMINAL ACTION

Commonwealth of Redmont
Prosecution

v.

supernico55
Defendant

COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

The Defendant has repeatedly gotten themselves drunk and to a high elixir level to annoy the Department of Health. They have constantly requested assistance using the monitor at the Reveille Hospital, and then failed to follow the directions of the Doctors assisting them, often running away or just using the monitor again. The Commonwealth believes this constitutes Obstruction of a Government Department and Malingering under the CCA.

I. PARTIES
1. Commonwealth of Redmont
2. supernico55

II. FACTS
1. On 7 October 2026, the Defendant used the monitor at the Main Reveille Hospital to request assistance multiple times.
2. During that, the Defendant refused to be treated, and kept trying to interfere with Department of Health activities.
3. The Defendant has also done this multiple times before on 2 October 2026, and has actively ran away from the Doctor assisting them.
4. They did this again on 7 October 2026, running away from multiple Doctors and asking for “2k” to comply.
4. On 11 October 2026, the Defendant repeated these actions, requesting medical treatment but refusing to follow directions.

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:

1. x3 Obstruction of Government Department

Criminal Code Act Part II §9 states that a person commits Obstruction of Government Department if they:
(a) willfully [threaten] or [harm] an employee of a government department during the course of that employee's official and lawful duty; or
(b) willfully [take] action to impede an employee of a government department during the course of that employee's official and lawful duty

The Prosecution alleges that the Defendant’s actions, for each of the three counts, satisfy the second option.

For the first count, on 2 October 2026, the Defendant repeatedly impeded Doctor Sujal1048J by running away from him while Sujal was trying to cure him. Sujal was doing his official job as Department of Health employee, and the Defendant kept trying to prevent him from doing so. His repeated actions clearly constitute Obstruction of Government Department under the CCA, specifically Part II §9(b).

For the second count, on 7 October 2026, the Defendant repeatedly impeded a bunch of doctors from doing their job. The Defendant kept clicking the monitor to summon a Doctor, then when one would appear, he would run away and refuse to be treated. This impeded the actions of all the Doctors present, including _GreyMC, Lxi404, amah853, MadMan127, StarKlower, Krowyn, and savxzFangnhv. The Defendant said “2k” seeming to indicate that he wanted money to comply. His repeated actions constitute an offense of Obstruction of Government Department under the CCA, specifically Part II §9(b).

For the final offense, on 11 October 2026, the Defendant repeatedly impeded Doctor Lxi404 by getting drunk and failing to comply with simple orders. The Defendant right clicked the monitor to summon Lxi404, and then went back with her to get a treatment. When Lxi404 informed him about the price of the treatment he responded “n” indicating that he did not support the charge, thereby denying the treatment. He then went back to the monitor, and clicked it again. Lxi404 then went to the Defendant and told him to stop, as he already denied treatment and clearly was trying to troll. The Defendant ignored her warnings, and proceeded to click the sign, just trying to troll and disrupt Lxi404’s time. The Defendant clearly wasted Lxi404’s time as a Doctor, and thereby impeded on her ability to do official work as an employee of the Department of Health. Therefore, the Defendant clearly committed Obstruction of Government Department in this case.

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. The Prosecution recommends the Court to charge the Defendant with the full punishment allowed for three counts of Obstruction of Government Department under the CCA, that being:
(a) 9 Penalty Units; and
(b) 180 minutes imprisonment.

V. EVIDENCE

All of the evidence the Commonwealth is considered classified under the Department of Health and the Executive. The Commonwealth wishes to submit the evidence in closed court.

By making this submission, I agree I understand the penalties of lying in court and the fact that I am subject to perjury should I knowingly make a false statement in court.
