The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

PROSECUTING AUTHORITY REPORT

On November 30th, 2025 Sergeant Rookieblue14 of the Department of Homeland Security was actively attempting to take into custody player ko531, who had a wanted level of 32 stars. Player ko531, knowing that Sergeant Rookieblue14 was attempting to take him into custody, murdered him and admitted to doing so because he was attempting to take him into custody.

II. FACTS
1. On November 30th, ko531 had a wanted level of 32 stars (P-001)
2. DHS Sergeant Rookieblue14 attempted to arrest ko531 (P-002)
3. ko531 killed Sergeant Rookieblue14 while he was trying to arrest him (P-002)
4. ko531 admitted to killing Sergeant Rookieblue14 because he was trying to arrest him when confronted about the murder (P-002)


III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. Obstruction of Justice: ko531 willfully interfered with the process of justice by harming a law enforcement officer while they were attempting to arrest him.

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. For Obstruction of Justice: 60 minutes of imprisonment and 3 penalty units.

The prosecution hereby informs you of a plea deal struck between the Prosecution and Defendant. It reads as follows:

The defendant agrees to plead Guilty to one count of Obstruction of Justice. In exchange, the Defendant agrees to a sentence consisting of 3 penalty units and 45 minutes of imprisonment

Verdict

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
Commonwealth of Redmont v. ko531 [2026] DCR 4

I. Plaintiff's Position
The Defendant murdered Sergeant Rookieblue14 while they were attempting to take the Defendant into custody, therefore committing Obstruction of Justice.

II. Defendant's Position
No arguments were made, and the Defendant agreed to a Plea Deal made by the Plaintiff.

III. The Court's Opinion
The Court finds the Plea Deal reasonable in relation to the charges laid out, and accepts the Plea Deal.

IV. Decision
The Court finds the Defendant ko531 guilty of the following:
1x Charge of Obstruction of Justice

Accordingly, the Court hereby sentences the Defendant to 3 Penalty Units ($300) and 45 minutes of imprisonment, in accordance with the Plea Deal.
