COMPLAINT
The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

On the 16th of October 2025, the Commonwealth was informed of the potential sale of Illicit Items in chestshops in the region ug-crnr-1. In this region, three chestshops were found belonging to Defendant's firm "PaleMoon" selling Irish Shine Elixir, Potato Shine Elixir and Carrot Shine Elixir, all listed as Ilicit Items under Section 4(1)(c) of the Criminal Terminology Act. This amounts to the offence of Illicit Substance Trafficking.

I. PARTIES

II. FACTS
1. On the 16th of October 2025, three chestshops selling Irish Shine Elixir, Potato Shine Elixir and Carrot Shine Elixir respectively on behalf of the firm PaleMoon were discovered in the rentable region ug-crnr-1 (P-001 and P-002).
2. Defendant was the renter of region ug-crnr-1 at the time of discovery of these shops (P-001 and P-003).
3. Defendant was the owner of the Barrels from which the Irish Shine Elixir, Potato Shine Elixir and Carrot Shine Elixir were being sold at the time of discovery of these shops (P-001).
4. Defendant is the owner of the firm PaleMoon, a Sole Proprietorship (P-004).
5. Prior to discovery, the firm PaleMoon has made 2 separate sales for a total of 1 unit of Irish Shine Elixir, 1 unit of Potato Shine Elixir and 0 units of Carrot Shine Elixir (P-005).
6. The Commonwealth further seized 23 units of Irish Shine Elixir, 25 units of Potato Shine Elixir and 26 units of Carrot Shine Elixir following the discovery of the chestshops (P-006).

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. Two Counts of Illicit Substance Trafficking, per Part VI, Section 2 of the Criminal Code Act. This offence is committed when a person "sells, distributes, or traffics any quantity of an illicit substance". Given that Irish Shine Elixir, Potato Shine Elixir and Carrot Shine Elixir are all Illicit Substances under Section 4(1)(c) of the Criminal Terminology Act and that Defendant, through his Sole Proprietorship, made two separate sales of these items, Defendant was in direct violation of this statute two times.

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. A 150 Penalty Unit Fine, and 90 minutes of imprisonment, with respect to two Counts of Illicit Substance Trafficking.
