Moving this to the Supreme Court, as only they have the power to remove or bar someone from office.

Writ of Summons

@craftysciguy is required to appear before the Supreme Court in the case of Commonwealth of Redmont v. CraftySciGuy [2025] SCR 13.

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.

Motion

IN THE SUPREAM COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
MOTION TO NOLLE PROSEQUI

The Commonwealths moves to drop legal charges. Following a reassesment of the severity of the alleged charges and a reconsideration of evidance gathered by the DOJ, the Commonwelath no longer wishes to persue criminal action.

Case is dismissed. The Court thanks all involved for their time.
