The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

Anthony_org was found selling a weapon of mass destruction.

II. FACTS
1. On or about 31st December, 2025, the Defendant was found selling an item named "Not Fatman" for a dollar. (P-001,P-002,P-003,P-004,P-005)
2. The item named "Not Fatman" was indeed a fatman which is considered a weapon of mass destruction according to the Criminal Terminology Act. (P-006)

III. CHARGES
The Prosecution hereby alleges the following charges against the Defendant:
1. One Count of Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking (Criminal Code Act, Part VI, 8) - The defendant was in clear violation of this statute one time as he sold a weapon of mass destruction to another player.

IV. SENTENCING
The Prosecution hereby recommends the following sentence for the Defendant:
1. 60 minutes of imprisonment and a 100 penalty units for one count of Weapon of Mass Destruction Trafficking.

Verdict - Commonwealth of Redmont v. Anthony_Org [2026] DCR 14

SUMMARY OF COMPLAINT
Commonwealth alleges that Defendant possessed and transferred a weapon of mass destruction.

ORDER OF THE COURT

Defendant has pled No Contest, the Court need not proceed further on a fact finding mission beyond the Court assuring itself that the charges are sufficient. On a plain reading of the Complaint, the Commonwealth has met its burden and the Court finds that Defendant did commit the offense.


Thus, Anthony_Org is found GUILTY of the charge, with consideration of the plea of No Contest.

He shall be imprisoned for 40 minutes and be fined $5000.
