COMPLAINT

The Prosecution alleges criminal actions committed by the Defendant as follows:

On 12/09/2026 at approximately 19:04:19 BST, the Department of Justice obtained video evidence depicting the Defendant distributing Cocatuk, a substance classified as a Class 2 Buff under the Criminal Terminology Act, to multiple individuals. Additional video evidence depicts the Defendant selling Cocatuk to Shelbwy2.

The Commonwealth therefore seeks prosecution for three counts of Illicit Substance Trafficking under Part VI, Section 3 of the Criminal Code Act.

II. FACTS

1. On 12/09/2026 at approximately 19:04:19 BST, the Department of Justice became aware of video evidence concerning the Defendant's distribution of Cocatuk.
2. The Defendant is depicted distributing Cocatuk to Uno Holmes (NoMoreUno). (P-001)
3. The Defendant is depicted distributing Cocatuk to Simon Holmes (DETECTIVHOLMES). (P-001)
4. The Defendant is depicted distributing Cocatuk to Shelbwy2. (P-001)
5. Additional video evidence depicts the Defendant selling Cocatuk to Shelbwy2. (P-001)
6. Cocatuk is classified as a Class 2 Buff under the Criminal Terminology Act.
7. The conduct depicted in the submitted evidence constitutes three separate instances of the distribution or sale of Cocatuk to other individuals.
8. The Commonwealth alleges that each of these acts constitutes Illicit Substance Trafficking under Part VI, Section 3 of the Criminal Code Act.
9. Any applicable possession charges arising from the Defendant's possession of Cocatuk are to be addressed separately by the Department of Homeland Security following its investigation.

III. CHARGES

Count I — Illicit Substance Trafficking, Class 2 Buff
The Defendant distributed Cocatuk to Uno Holmes (NoMoreUno), constituting Illicit Substance Trafficking under Part VI, Section 3 of the Criminal Code Act.

Count II — Illicit Substance Trafficking, Class 2 Buff
The Defendant distributed Cocatuk to Simon Holmes (DETECTIVHOLMES), constituting Illicit Substance Trafficking under Part VI, Section 3 of the Criminal Code Act.

Count III — Illicit Substance Trafficking, Class 2 Buff
The Defendant sold Cocatuk to Shelbwy2, constituting Illicit Substance Trafficking under Part VI, Section 3 of the Criminal Code Act.

IV. SENTENCING

The Prosecution recommends the following sentence:

Count I: 100 Penalty Units ($12,000).
Count II: 100 Penalty Units ($12,000).
Count III: 100 Penalty Units ($12,000).
180 minutes of imprisonment, representing 60 minutes for each count, if the Court determines that the sentences may be served consecutively.
Seizure of illicit substances in accordance with applicable law.

Total recommended penalty: 300 Penalty Units ($36,000) and 180 minutes of imprisonment, subject to the Court's determination regarding consecutive sentencing.
