Establish the crime of Serial Killing

The people of the Commonwealth of Redmont, through their elected Representatives in the Congress and the force of law ordained to that Congress by the people through the constitution, do hereby enact the following provisions into law:

1 - Short Title and Enactment
(1) This Act may be cited as the 'Cereal Killing Act.'
(2) This Act shall be enacted immediately upon its signage.
(3) This Act has been proposed by Rep. ANDREASP15
(4) This Act has been authored by Sen. zLost
(5) This Act has been co-sponsored by Sen. Yeet_Boy

2 - Reasons
(1) Mass killings are common in redmont.
(2) This should be discouraged through a heftier fine for mass murder.
(3) This bill aims to fix that.

3 - Terms
(1) The following crime will be established under Section 13 of Rules & Laws:

13.24 - Serial Killing
(i) Classification: Indictable Criminal Offense
The act of unlawfully killing more than 7 players. This law overrides attempted murder, murder, assault, and trespassing.
Per Offence: 200$ per murder + the maximum jail time allowed for one arrest.

Section 3, titled "Terms" is hereby amended as follows:

From:
"13.24 - Serial Killing
(i) Classification: Indictable Criminal Offense
The act of unlawfully killing more than 7 players. This law overrides attempted murder, murder, assault, and trespassing.
Per Offence: 1400$ Fine with 200$ more for each murder committed after 7 murders + 70 minutes of jail time and 20 minutes more for each murder committed after 7 murders"
