Unfortunately, the Federal Court has decided to reject your appeal to re-consider Case No. 11-2021-12.

We believe that the ruling produced in the District Court was within the adequate scope of law and justice. This appellant has presented no new facts or evidence in this appeal but instead re-argued the same points from before.

The Federal Court believes that everything was taken into account as such the fact that reason could have been not valid. The reason for firing the Appellant was a good reason and so The Federal Court follows the District Courts' decision in the verdict. The following quote justifies what was earlier said:" After all whether or not the Plaintiff likes the reason that he was fired, a good reason was given."

With no new evidence presented to prove otherwise, so The Federal Court does not seem any wrongdoing by the District Court.
