I. I thought it was abandoned (Stupid ik)
II. Been about a week.
III. Been working at Titan Law Firm for about two months.
IV. Done nothing to incriminate myself or others.

On review of the application, the Court denies the request.

The Criminal Code Act states that Expungement is possible when "
(b) Any citizen may file for their criminal records to be removed via expungement, provided it has been at least 2 months since they have been charged with a crime.
"

On Applicant's own submission, it's only been 10 days.
