Case Filing

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF REDMONT
CIVIL ACTION

Briggzy24
Plaintiff

v.

LarpTiktok
Defendant

I. PARTIES

  1. Briggzy24 (Plaintiff)
  2. LarpTiktok (Defendant)
II. FACTS
  1. The Criminal Code Act was repealed on July 19, 2026 (P-001), removing all defined offences, leaving the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice unable to prosecute offences formerly defined as crimes.
  2. On July 26, 2026, at around 17:21 local time, 7:21 am GMT, Defendant posted an /ad which read, "selling a green tractor for 3k , dealership price is 6k 7k soemthing msg now". (P-002)
  3. Around the same time, Plaintiff asked to see the tractor, asking "can I see it?" (P-003)
  4. Defendant instructed Plaintiff to meet at /zoo and the parties met there. (P-003)
  5. Parties conversed on the subject of colors of the advertised product. (P-003)
  6. Plaintiff asked in local chat "whats the command to send money?" and the Defendant replied "do /pay larptiktok". (P-004)
  7. Moments later the Plaintiff transferred $3,000 to LarpTiktok (P-004), and the Plaintiff wrote "sent" in local chat (P-005).
  8. The Defendant teleported away and almost immediately placed Briggzy24 on Ignore. (P-005)
III. CLAIM FOR RELIEF
  1. Defendant committed a Failure to Deliver Goods or Services under Redmont Civil Code Act (RCCA) Part V Section 4: "a person commits a violation if the person fails without lawful excuse to deliver goods or services that they have agreed to supply under a valid transaction or contract." Defendant offered the goods via /ad, the interaction led to a reasonable assumption of acceptance (asking about colors and how to transfer money), the money was sent, and no goods were delivered. The Defendant teleporting away and then placing the Plaintiff on ignore - an act that does not prevent the Defendant from delivering the item - indicates an acknowledgement of this failure.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
  1. For Failure to Deliver Goods or Services, either a) 1 green tractor or b) $3,000
  2. Applicable legal fees
