On behalf of our client, Theory, Talion & Partners requests an emergency injunction on the following assets for a breach of contract case that shall be filed within 24 hours:

(2) R090
The soon-to-be Plaintiff placed a valid bid on an auction on the above properties which was denied by the to-be Defendant as being invalid, before they deleted their auction entirely.

DENIED. An emergency injunction must explicitly spell out the intended harm(s). I dont see that here. (see in re [2026] FCR 21 | [2026] SCR 19 )
