The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:

I. STATEMENT OF FACTS
1. The Defendant explicitly threatened to kill the Plaintiff in the in-game text chat.
2. This action constitutes civil Assault by placing the Plaintiff in fear of immediate harm.

II. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
1. $5,000 in damages for the threat and emotional distress.
2. Statutory legal fees pursuant to RCCA Part III, Section 7.

@thepixelguyyt is commanded to appear in the District Court in the case [2026] DCR XX.

Failure to appear within 72 hours of this summons will result in a default judgement based on the known facts of the case.

Both parties should make themselves aware of the Court Rules and Procedures, including the option of an in-game trial should both parties request one.
