COMPLAINT
The Plaintiff complains against the Defendant as follows:
WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE PLAINTIFF
I. PARTIES
1. Barclays (Plaintiff)
2. Zombie_Bro_ (Defendant)
II. FACTS
1. On April 26th, 2026, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff for the Plaintiff to lend the Defendant money.
2. This loan, for the principal of $6,000.00, was to be repaid in 6 weekly payments of $1,000 + 2% interest on the principal.
3. The loan was to be used for investment into the stock referred to as "GOLD".
4. As per the terms of the loan, the stock purchased with the lent money, "GOLD", would be used as collateral on the loan should it default
5. The late payment fees for the loan were as follows: <3 days late, $0; >3 days late, $50 per day; Upon being 2 weeks delinquent, the loan would default.
6. The Defendant agreed to these terms.
7. The Defendant ceased contact with the Plaintiff prior to May 2nd, a day before the first weekly payment would be due.
8. 2 weeks after the first missed payment, the loan defaulted on May 19th, 2026.
9. The Defendant has not reopened contact with the Plaintiff.
10. Zombian Blackwood is an alias of Zombie_Bro_.
III. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
1. Breach of Contract: The Defendant entered into a contract with the Plaintiff. The Defendant failed to make any payments on the loan provided by the Plaintiff, breaching the contract between them.
IV. PRAYER FOR RELIEF
The Plaintiff seeks the following from the Defendant:
1. $7,420 in Liquidated Damages
2. $3,000 in Legal Fees.
